Full Life Therapy seminars are educational events which are informative and includes more structured subject matter, presented with skill and humour. 

Our seminars run for 1-2 hours and allow for a larger audience (50 people).  There are a wide variety of topics available and these can be streamlined to meet the needs of your organisation, company or private group.


Participants in group sessions often find that discussing their shared issues gives them a sense of belonging and discovering that they are not alone.
